Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Sealed Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed trading card products, blind boxes, or collectibles once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@otakuboxx.com with photos and order details. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
